真正的說法是「Me either.」
either和neither都是在「否定句」中表示「也」
either使用在「句尾」
neither使用在「句首」
either必須與「否定動詞」一起使用
而neither則與「肯定動詞」一起使用

「他不喜歡這本書，我也不喜歡。」
either：
He doesn't like the book, and I don't, either.
I don't, either.可用口語化的「me either.」代替
He doesn't like the book, and me either.
neither：
He doesn't like the book, and neither do I.

neither：

我後來問我美國的朋友了
他說其實兩種都是對的耶.....
只是要看動詞的不同而定
正確的用法如下：
「Me either.」在Be動詞的句子使用
You're not a teacher, and me either.
「Me neither.」在一般動詞的句子使用
You don't want to go out, and me neither.
